GAP LAUNCHES NEW SCENT 

Named 'Close', the characteristically American brand Gap is launching the new scent in it's stores on Monday 19th October. In ture Gap style, prices start at just £5. Gap's Creative Direct pr, Patrick Robinson, was inspired by the classic Gap wardrobe to create the fresh, crisp scent.

JIMMY CHOO FOR H & M

JUST when you thought H&M couldn't possibility find a designer to top the Matthew Williamson collaboration, the brand announces its latest partner in design: Jimmy Choo.

Jimmy Choo will bring to H&M a sophisticated, fashion forward, accessible and glamorous collection - the perfect party pieces to buy now and then wear out that night.

Jimmy Choo for H&M is killing us softly. Little by little they are giving us sneak peeks of whats in store.

The collection, which will comprise shoes, bags and accessories for mens and women, will arrive in selected H&M stores on November 14. Now, these are the ads that will keep us locked til November.

ON YOUR TIP TOES...

These must be painful to walk in they look really good but very painful. I'm unsure of the designer/ designers of this style of shoes/boots but once i know the name or names i shall do a proper post on them.

BREAST CANCER AWARENESS

I really like the Sixth Annual White Cashmere Collection 2009: Fashion with Compassion Show. I think the idea to have models dress in designer ensembles crafted from Cashmere Bathroom Tissue is so unique and eye catching. This event that was held in Toronto signifies the come back of Cashmere’s limited-edition Pink Roll, a fund- and awareness-raiser for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. 

Some of Canada's most well known designers like turned tissue paper into pretty pink and white creations. The designs varied from a romantic, rose-bedecked bustier bubble dress to an architectural spacesuit topped with a gaping “open observatory” collar.

who was Known for her power dance moves and natural hair has done a number of projects including staring in Rap Artist chingy's 'Pulling Me Back' video and also acting in the movie 'Take The Lead' along side Antonio Banderas.

For ages i was trying to find an example of Madden's boot to compare the two not knowing it was the one on the right all along, what and EXACT copy, 

the cheek!

Alexander McQueen, creator of the much buzzed-about Faithful bootie, is suing Steve Madden for selling what, according to McQueen's lawyers, is nearly a direct copy. McQueen's attorneys told WWD: "In fact, the only design element of the ‘Faithful Bootie’ that Madden did not deliberately copy is the zipper pull that contains the ‘Alexander McQueen’ trademark."

PHARRELL TEAMZ UP WITH GAP

The Gap celebrates its 40th Anniversary with this F/W 2009 ad.  Since we all know celebrity sells clothing brands, what better person to feature in this ad campaign than Pharrell Williams.

Pharrell teamed up with Gap on a bio-friendly clothing line called “Do The Right Thing.” The line will be sold at Gap pop-up locations. 

The “Do The Right Thing” collection is part of Gap’s 40th Anniversary Celebration. One feature that makes the items from Pharrell’s collection unique is the material used to fabricate them.

Doesn't this picture remind you of M.J??...i love this girl my no1 influence as a designer shes badddddddd gosh im getting excited lol...her style is so crazy shes definitely a different 19 year old girl. Teyana Taylor is the name.

My super sweet 16 was were i first saw her even then her swagger was on point apparently her father was the founder of Fubu Clothing and also owns heatherette clothing...i'm not 100% on this info btw.

she was recently given the nick name Lil Swag, a well deserved title...

Dancer, Signer, Rapper, Trend setter and she can definitely do all three oh so well. A very close friend of Chris Brown and roles with the like of Pharrell N.E.R.D

MISS EVA 2009

I was trying to find out what Miss Diva has been up to recently and i couldn't find much, only from May- August 09 modeling pic's. Eva is much more into the acting now. Her character on tv show, The Young and The Restless as a young mother went from a temporary roll to a perminant role. She is currently acting in tv show The Assistants. Also this year she was nominated for a NAACP Image Award for Outstanding Actress in a Daytime Drama Series for her Y&R role but didn't get the award. She did however win a Young Hollywood award.
